• Do I need to be LGBTQ+ to use MyGayVA?

    Not at all. Most of our clients aren’t. We’re queer-owned and proud of it, but we work with anyone who values good people and solid support.

  • Are your assistants based in the Philippines?

    Yes—all of our virtual assistants live and work in the Philippines. We hire, train, and support them directly.


  • Will I work with the same assistant every time?

    Yes. You’ll be matched with one dedicated VA who learns your business and works with you consistently. We don’t bounce your tasks around.

  • Can I meet my assistant before I commit?

    Absolutely. After a quick intake, we’ll introduce you to your matched VA. You’ll have a chance to talk, ask questions, and make sure it’s a good fit before you get started.

  • Do unused hours roll over?

    Not at this time. Our assistants are scheduled based on your plan, and we reserve their time accordingly.

  • What if I need more hours one month?

    Let us know and we’ll work with you. We offer add-on hours or can upgrade your plan if you’re consistently growing.

  • How does billing work?

    We bill monthly, in advance. No long-term contracts. Cancel or adjust anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

  • What kind of tasks can I delegate?

    Almost anything that doesn’t require a physical presence—admin, content, social media, outreach, inboxes, light tech, and even AI workflows. If you’re not sure, just ask.

  • Is my information kept confidential?

    Yes. Confidentiality is non-negotiable. All assistants sign NDAs, and we have systems in place to protect your data and your business.

  • Can you help me build a Custom GPT for my business?

    Yes. If you have a specific workflow or idea in mind, we can help you build a Custom GPT to streamline it. Your assistant can also be trained to use it alongside you.

  • What time zone do your assistants work in?

    Our VAs are based in the Philippines and typically work weekday shifts aligned with U.S. hours. We’ll do our best to match you with someone whose availability fits your schedule.

  • Do you offer weekend support?

    Most of our plans cover Monday through Friday, but weekend availability can sometimes be arranged depending on your needs. Just let us know during intake and we’ll see what’s possible.
