MyGayVA is a virtual assistant and BPO service platform powered by Filipino talent and proudly queer-owned. We offer virtual support services to individuals and small businesses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for any reason, including misuse or breach of terms.

We do our best, but we are not liable for:
• Losses due to interruptions, errors, or third-party failures

• Any claim exceeding the amount paid for the service in question

Our virtual assistants are independent contractors. We are not responsible for taxes, benefits, or employer obligations beyond agreed compensation.
